This evening we have Sean Clarke, talking on both Salmon and Salt Water fishing. He is a well known angler with some excellent stories to tell.
Wednesday 4th April –Ashmere Fishery, Felix Lane Shepperton
An evening on Ashmere Lakes. This is always a popular venue, so you need to book early. As usual we end with supper which is included in the cost.
Wednesday Evening 9th May
This is an evening at our own fishery and gives members a chance to see this charming location with a selection of both brownies and rainbows.
Catch and release is permitted. Afterwards there is an opportunity for a meal at a local pub
Sunday & Monday 26th & 27th Aug.
The Edenbridge and Oxted Show. We man the S&TA Marquee for this event and need helpers for the stand and instructors to give tuition. As a bonus you get a free entry ticket.
Sunday 16th September.
Sea Trout Fishing for Sea Trout on the Sussex Ouse. Arranged by Stewart Allum. The water is tidal and spinning is the favourite although fly can be used.
Sunday 7th October.
Families Day A provisional date to be confirmed. This is at the Albury Estate near Guildford and is for anyone wishes to learn or improve their Fly Fishing. It is aimed at lads and lassies aged over 10, but is open to the whole family and those without children.
This is an excellent opportunity to start fishing and the day is for both complete novices and those just starting who want to improve. Bring a packed lunch. Tuition is by qualified instructors and we need additional helpers to lend a hand. £25 per head.

Tonight we hope to have a presenta- tion from the Riverfly Partnership. This is the first of our Autumn meetings, so do come along and take part
Saturday 3rd November.
Grayling Day Another opportunity to visit the Test at Wherwell and try for the elusive grayling. It is a most enjoyable day but the weather can be chilly!.

AGM This is your chance to have a say in how the Branch is run and to elect your officers for 2013. Do come along and have your say.
Your Committee are looking at ways to make this evening more attractive. At the time of going to press, the plans are not finalised, but we hope to have an informative and interesting topic after the business is concluded.-
